Very transparent, quality vehicle, and they talk you through any questions you have. Standard I know, but even the driver that picked me up, Marty, was good conversationalist and knew a great deal about the company. He’s a good representative for these guys.
They were to pick up my rental at a car dealership 6 days ago. After many calls to corporate and the store, it still wasn't retrieved. I finally had to drive over 3 hrs round trip to deliver the car the 2 miles between the dealership and store because they said they couldn't find it on the dealership lot. It was in the front row. I'm giving them a 3 star rating because the associate at the store was very friendly and apologetic. The manager was also very apologetic and took care of the charges I had received. But 3 hours of my life and 200+ miles on my car to take care of something easily solved. An enterprise associate had told me just to call and have it picked up; it was not an assumption on my part.
I reserved a full size vehicle over a month before my trip, got there and was offered a compact size vehicle because they were out of full size.
I just want to thank Kirsten Mims for making it right for me and upgraded me for no extra charge.

Everything about our experience was smooth! Pick up was fairly quick, the run through with Dylan Boyer was great. He explained everything and went through all the insurance options as he is supposed to, but no uncomfortable hard sell. Car was clean enough on the inside, outside wasn't as clean but we didn't care. It met our needs for our trip and then some!
I have had several rentals in Sept. and Oct. and the service has always been excellent. I had an issue with one of the cars and the Lee's Summit office took the initiative and resolved it for me. Triston, Donovan, Beck, Elizabeth, the drivers who picked me up and the other employees that assisted me(sorry, I don't remember everyone's names!) were all phenomenal. I will be back in the February when my job requires for me to travel again. -Jackie King
We rented a premium SUV with Enterprise for a recent trip and received EXCELLENT customer service from the entire staff at this location. Our vehicle wasn’t ready on our pick up time (since our car choice was being sent from another location) so the team had the car delivered to us. Donavan assisted us with our return and was courteous and efficient. Highly recommend the entire team at this location.
Professional and exemplary services. Tristan has done a remarkable job, to turnaround the Lee's Summit location with individuals who are dedicated to customer service in the face of disastrous corporate decisions that increase their bottom line but inconvenience the next customer if an automobile is not available.
Everything at this location went very smooth. Staff was very professional and polite. It was packed when I got there and staff got through everyone quickly. Not a long wait at all.
